How long has your company been in business?

Barclay Real Estate Group, our parent company, has been operating in the Fort Myers area for 10 years. However, due to the growing demand for property management services in Charlotte and Sarasota counties, we recently launched Legacy Property Management in Englewood, FL.

  • Very professional and knowledgeable. The Legacy Property Management team is responsive and helpful navigating the rules applied to HOA communities in Florida. The depth of knowledge on staff and external resources available has been beneficial. Having proper community documents coupled with a Board that believes in uniformity in following those community documents is critical.
